Matt Daniels/Stickypop Interview
We visited Season One Tattoo in Preston to have a chat with our sponsored artist, the colourful pop culture specialist Matt Daniels, aka Stickypop.
Known for his brightly coloured pieces combining elements of geek culture – from anime, comics, video games and more – with neo-traditional flower designs, Matt has become the go-to tattoo artist in the North West of England for vibrant cartoon designs.
We caught up with Matt about his tattoo style and designing process, how he opened his own studio, and what’s in store for the future of Stickypop and Season One.
Plus, watch as he works his magic creating a Celeste from Animal Crossing tattoo with his own twist.
To see more work from Matt Daniels, a Killer Ink Sponsored Artist of the Month, make sure to check him out on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter!
