A Look Back at Past Halloween Videos
Halloween, it’s our favourite time of year and we love everything that spooky season brings!
Before we dig out our costumes from the back of the wardrobe, we wanted to take a little time to reminisce about some of our past Halloween shenanigans with our good friends and top tattoo artists.
Join us as we take a look back at past Halloween videos and we hope you enjoy some trick-or-treating this year!
2020 – Anrijs Straume – Alucard/Hellsing
Last Halloween, we took a trip to the mysterious Hellsing Organization, cleverly disguised as Bold as Brass Tattoo Studio in Liverpool, UK, to witness Anrijs Straume summon the powerful vampire Alucard in his famous dark trash realism style.
If you don’t want to face the wrath of the Hellsing family’s greatest weapon, make sure to give the video a watch!
2019 – Charles Huurman – Pinhead/Hellraiser
We raised some hell back during Halloween 2019 when we headed over to Valencia, Spain to witness artist Charles Huurman open a puzzle box to another dimension and bring the Cenobites to Earth.
Give the video a watch to see Pinhead jump straight from screen to skin!
2018 – Adem Senturk – Valak/The Nun
When a demonic nun is on the loose, who do you turn to if there are no priests around?
In 2018, we enlisted the help of killer artist Adem Senturk to conjure up a tattoo of The Nun in the hope that we could vanquish the malevolent spirit from haunting his Fat Fugu studio.
Grab your rosary beads, say a prayer and check out this Halloween video!
2017 – Grindhouse Tattoo Productions – Dracula & Pennywise/IT
We teamed up with the guys from Grindhouse Tattoo Productions to bring you a truly horrific video for Halloween 2017!
Alex Wright and Kyle ‘Egg’ Williams put us in the Halloween mood with their tattoos of Bram Stoker’s Dracula and Pennywise from the blockbuster horror movie, IT.
You definitely don’t want to miss this one! Or you’ll float too…
2016 – Chris Jones – Eleven/Stranger Things
When we filmed our good friend and sponsored artist Chris Jones back in 2016, we were lucky enough to see him get to work on a killer Stranger Things piece.
The piece was a portrait of the character Eleven from the Netflix smash hit, so we thought it would make for a sick video to post over Halloween!
Make sure to give it a watch to get yourself hyped for season 3 of Stranger Things!
Bonus: 2017 – Killer Ink – Pennywise Halloween Makeup – Behind the Scenes
As a little treat before all your tricks this week, check out how we transformed one of the Killer Ink Tattoo team into the fearsome Pennywise the Dancing Clown from the 2017 horror film, IT!
Thanks to the help of make-up artist Chantelle-Louise, we brought Pennywise back to life to help us shoot some Halloween promo videos around our hometown of Liverpool, UK.
See you again in 27 years...
