Best Tattoo Numbing Cream 2025
Numbing solutions can be a controversial topic in the world of tattooing, but here at Killer Ink, we like to keep things simple. We only sell natural numbing solutions made from ingredients like clove and mint - you won’t find any lidocaine here!
We’re running through our best tattoo numbing cream available to order from the Killer Ink shop so that you can always find the perfect solution!

BIOTAT Numbing Green Soap Concentrate
Green soap is an essential item for any tattoo studio, so why not add a little natural numbing into the mix?
Made in the UK with natural, cruelty-free ingredients such as honey, lavender and clove oil, this concentrated formula does it all: reduces redness and inflammation, numbs, and cleans off excess ink.
This concentrated green soap must be diluted 1 part soap to 4 parts water - so you’ll get 5x the original volume - then shaken well and added to a hygienic spray bottle for use on your customers.
BIOTAT’s Concentrated Numbing Green Soap is available in a 500 ml bottle, a 1 litre pouch which helps to reduce plastic, and a 100 ml eco sample pouch for you to try out before investing in a larger packet.
BIOTAT Numbing Green Soap Ready-To-Use
Exactly the same formula as the concentrated edition, with no need to water this one down!
You can buy your diluted Numbing Green Soap in a 1 litre pouch for decanting into a rinse bottle, or skip a step and order the 500 ml version which comes in a spray bottle!

BIOTAT Numbing Green Soap Wipes
Fancy trying this solution but prefer to work with wipes?
Fully biodegradable and compostable, these green soap wipes can be used throughout the tattoo process or as a numbing aftercare solution. Using clove oil, aloe vera and lavender to naturally numb the area, you’ll also notice a decrease in redness and inflammation.
While all the other solutions will stay in your studio, these can be handed out - or upsold - to your customers when they leave.
Each wipe is 180 x 185 mm, and they come in a pack of 40.

Another from BIOTAT, this gentle foaming cleanser helps to reduce redness, inflammation and pain when used after your tattoo treatment!
Made with lavender, clove oil and vegan honey, you can use Snow Foam straight from the bottle thanks to the foaming spout. Simply shake well and apply to the skin 1-2 times daily.
Snow Foam is available in both 200 ml and 100 ml ready-to-use bottles.
Made for use in brow permanent make-up procedures, BIOTAT’s numbing glide features vegan-friendly, natural, and cruelty-free ingredients such as clove oil, lavender and vegan honey.
Made to help your needle move easily over the brow area, it also gently numbs and reduces redness and swelling.
The numbing doesn’t have to stop now the PMU appointment is over! This vegan-friendly, natural and cruelty-free butter contains shea butter, aloe vera, clove oil and lavender for that wonderful numbing effect. It will reduce redness and inflammation, which helps the treatment site to heal effectively.
A numbing solution that doesn’t come from BIOTAT?!
We mostly know the UNISTAR® brand through their thermal paper, tattoo film and aftercare pads, as well as their own green soap, stencil remover and pore-closing spray.
InkCarnation Numb is a vegan-friendly, cruelty-free formula with clove extract and menthol used as its primary numbing agents. This light, cooling foam effectively cleans sebum and ink, is antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, and the refreshing menthol helps to cool and soothe red, swollen or irritated skin.
With antioxidant properties and intense hydration to help the skin to heal itself, this is an all-round excellent finish for your and it has antioxidants to support the skin as it heals!

Our range of numbing products is growing all the time, so make sure to check the numbing section on the Killer Ink shop regularly to find out what’s new!
