Cheyenne Tattoo Grips
Cheyenne Professional Tattoo Equipment is one of the most recognised and beloved brands in tattooing and its wide range of tattoo grips is no different.
Made in Germany, all Cheyenne tattoo grips are robust, ergonomic, easy to clean and cover, manufactured according to medical standard, and used by many of the world’s best artists.
Cheyenne HAWK Grips
The iconic Cheyenne HAWK Grip is the perfect accompaniment to the manufacturer’s popular HAWK Spirit and HAWK Thunder tattoo machines. Made from anodised aluminium, these reliable and durable grips are sturdy yet comfortable to hold and easy to bag with barrier grip sleeves.
The HAWK Grips are compatible with all cartridges that feature a Cheyenne-type connection and are especially-suited to Cheyenne’s own Safety, Craft and Capillary cartridges, which allow artists to swap between configurations in mere seconds.
Cheyenne’s HAWK Grips feature the iconic click system that lets tattoo artists quickly and easily adjust the needle protrusion of their cartridges by simply turning the grip.
Cheyenne Fixed/Flex Grips
If you are looking to use Cheyenne cartridges with a coil or rotary machine that includes a vice, then look no further than the Fixed and Flex Grips. The Fixed and Flex Grips allow tattoo artists to use Cheyenne’s popular needle cartridges with almost any rotary or coil machines on the market.
The main difference between these two tattoo grips comes down to adjustment possibilities. While the Cheyenne Fixed Grip is a rigid, yet inexpensive and simple system, the Cheyenne Flex Grips allow artists to comfortably and easily adjust the needle position via the rotating sleeve.
Cheyenne HAWK Pen Grips
The Cheyenne HAWK Pen Grips are, as the name suggests, the perfect extension for Cheyenne’s world-famous pen-style rotary, the HAWK Pen.
As with the HAWK Grips before it, the Cheyenne HAWK Pen Grips are made from anodised aluminium, compatible with Cheyenne-type needle cartridges, and offer adjustable needle depth via a simple turn of the grip.
The Cheyenne HAWK Pen Grips are available in two sizes: Small and Medium. The medium-sized grips are great as a backup for several tattoo sessions during one day, while the smaller, conical grip is particularly suited to those who prefer slimmer tattoo grips and blurs the boundaries between drawing and tattooing even more.
Cheyenne Disposable Grips (D-Grips)
Looking for a disposable solution? Cheyenne also offers three Disposable Grips, aka D-Grips, that are perfect for use with your HAWK Pen, SOL Nova and SOL Nova Unlimited.
The Cheyenne Disposable Grips guarantee ergonomic, comfortable and hygienic working and are available in a box of 6 in three different shapes and sizes: One-Inch, Round, and Long, with the latter not suitable for use with SOL tattoo machines.
Thanks to the soft-touch material, these disposable tattoo grips fit perfectly and comfortably in the hand. As with other Cheyenne grips, the D-Grips allow cartridges to be changed quickly, while you can also turn the grip to adjust needle depth steplessly and easily.
Cheyenne SOL Grip
Moving away from the HAWK-branded grips, Cheyenne has also released two types of tattoo grips for its SOL family of rotary machines.
The Cheyenne SOL Grip has been specifically-designed for use with the SOL Luna and SOL Terra tattoo machines. However, it is also compatible with Cheyenne’s HAWK Spirit and HAWK Thunder machines, as well as rotaries with a collared grip connection.
The ergonomic design of the grip makes it comfortable to handle during longer tattooing sessions, while also being easy to clean and wrap for hygiene purposes.
These tattoo grips are available in three sizes: Small, Medium and Large, with diameters of 21, 25 and 33 millimetres, respectively. The small and medium grips are similar to the already established sizes of the Cheyenne HAWK Grips, while the large SOL Grip is based on the unique feel of the company’s SOL Nova pen.
Cheyenne SOL Nova Grips
Speaking of the SOL Nova, Cheyenne has released a range of SOL Nova Grips that will allow artists to continue tattooing while their other grip is being cleaned, ensuring an efficient workflow.
As with the SOL Grips, the Cheyenne SOL Nova Grips have an ergonomic, easy-to-cover design and offer steplessly adjustable needle depth between 0 and 4 mm.
