The first ever Gods of Ink tattoo convention was held in the Messe Frankfurt Forum in Germany, and it’s safe to say the event was a huge success!

Created by Miki Vialetto - best known as one half of the duo that made the London Tattoo Convention so spectacular - Gods of Ink is situated a little more centrally for international artists, with over 350 world-class tattoo artists making an appearance.

The convention hosted several of our sponsored artists, and a few of them walked away with awards! Congratulations to Igor Mitrenga for winning ‘Best Realism’, and to Yarson for coming a very respectable second place in the same category. Matt Jordan took home ‘Best Black and Grey’, while Rich Harris took both ‘Best Colour’ and 3rd place in ‘Best of Show’.

A special shout out to World Famous Ink sponsored artist Vladislav Shetikov for taking home ‘Best of Show’ for this insanely colourful collaboration with Nikolai Ivanov.
